Wizards

Users with the Administration right have a simple way in the main menu to directly create folders with groups and their users "in one go" without having to create them manually each time.

Group Wizard

Within the main menu, there is an option with the above the folder list to directly create folders or subfolders.

The Group Wizard can be opened with the Create group for this folder option, after the folder is saved.

Also outside the main menu

This option is of course also available outside the main menu when a folder needs to be created.

Setting Purpose
Group name The name of the group, often the name of the folder is recommended here.
Done column Specifies whether users are allowed to use the Done column of the folder. Provided this option has also been activated in the folder.
Assign users In this drop-down field, already created DocSecBox users can be selected to be included in the group. When selected, they appear in the table immediately below. A user can also be removed from the group with the Remove button.
Create users Non-existing users can be created directly here and included in the group. This button opens the Create user mask. Once this mask is completed and the user is saved, they will also appear as a selection in the group's Members table.

The group is created with Save group.
