Opening the Folder Share

There are two ways to open the folder share:

  • Scan the QR code with your smartphone
  • Enter the link in your browser

If a PIN is set for the share, you will be prompted to enter it when accessing.

Afterwards, the files in the folder will be displayed as shown above.

Accessing Files

The list shows the files contained in the folder.

When you select a file from the list, you can either download it or, in the case of a PDF file, only view it, depending on the administrator's settings.

PDF Files

PDF files can be viewed directly in the browser.

If the screen is wide enough, the PDF will be displayed right next to the list. Alternatively, you can open the PDF file with the View button.

Downloading

All other files can be downloaded. The Download button will be shown if the administrator has allowed it. The file will then be downloaded to your device's download folder.
