Upload
Supported Files
There are no restrictions on the file format.
File Size
In standard mode, DocSecBox supports files with a size of up to 16 MB.
It is possible to upload larger files using the paid Big-File feature.
Big-File
Files that are larger than 16 MB can be provided using the Big-File feature. The file size does not matter, but the available storage space should be considered.
Automatic Deletion
Large files are automatically deleted after a certain number of hours to free up server storage space. Administrators can configure the time period after which a file is automatically deleted. It is not intended to permanently provide a large file with DocSecBox.
In addition to uploading a single file, DocSecBox supports uploading multiple files at once.
