Done Checkbox
Mark a file visible as Done for all users.
Purpose
This feature can be used depending on the required workflow.
If it is advisable to mark documents or files as Done, this feature is quite useful (for example, when billed or the file has been processed in general).
Setting the Checkbox
If enabled in the folder, a Done Checkbox appears as a column for the files. See Manage Folders.
Clicking on the checkbox either sets the checkmark or, if it is already set, removes it.
When hovering over the checkbox, it is also possible to determine which user set or removed the checkmark and when.
