Profile

The profile view is divided into several sections.

General

Language

Sets the language of the DocSecBox for the logged-in user.

Export of DocSecBox user data. See GDPR Report.

Mobile Number

Required to receive emergencies from the emergency folder.

Color Scheme

Switches the application to dark mode or light mode.

Display Settings

Filename Column in File Listing

When enabled, the real filename of each file is displayed as a column within the file listing, in addition to the title.

Expand File Information Fields on Selection

Expands additional information such as description, note, etc. when selecting a file in the file listing.

Sort Files by Creation Date

Allows sorting the files in the file listing by creation date.

Last Login

Displays the timestamp of the user's previous login.

Two-Factor Authentication

Provides the option to further secure the account with an additional PIN input. See Two-Factor Authentication for instructions on setting it up.

Change Password

Allows the user to change their password. The password requirements set by the administrator apply.

Application Keys

If the administrator uses DocSecBox interfaces, the keys of the third-party applications are displayed here. The third-party application requires the respective key to interact with the user account.

Sensitive Data

This key is intended only for the respective third-party application. Never share the key with other individuals!
